Managing Projects - A Short Course for Surveyors to Manage Day to Day Projects - May 2025

$1,500.00

This 4-day course aims to improve your management skills and provide you with the tools to communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle from a field surveyor perspective.

In today’s increasingly matrixed work environment, managing projects that cross job functions, geographies, and seniority is increasingly commonplace. This course will provide technical and graduate surveyors the opportunity to control their projects in a more effective way.
